It Is A Sin For A Woman To Be Called A Pastor Or Lead A Church – Popular Bishop
Bishop Abed Kwabena Boakye Asiamah, popularly known as Ajagurajah, the founder and leader of Universal Spiritual Outreach, has stated that it is a sin for a woman to open or lead a church.
Bishop Ajagurajah happens to be the father of a popular spiritualist in Kumasi who was very powerful in the 90s.
According to him, a Bible verse states that it is not healthy for anyone to sit on a chair that has previously been used by a woman who has had her menstruation.
In his view, menstruation is filth that stops a woman from holding positions in churches so therefore it is not in the right direction for a woman to lay a hand on a man to pray for him because she is regarded as undeserved.
